PROM

The boys and I got to help Natalie fix her hair for the Prom. She looked very pretty. The boys had fun seeing she and Christopher all dressed up. Jon Jon had fun swinging from a tree.

Jon Jon had an icecream sandwich with Uncle Larry. Jon Jon does not like bread with his sandwiches. Therefore, when offered an icecream sandwich, he requested one without the bread! (Yes, I know my children suffer from icecream depravation.)

We spent a great day at the zoo. We went for our usual after zoo meal at Spaghetti Warehouse. We then stopped and walked by the river.

We went to the Children's Museum to see the China Exhibit. It was a lot of fun. Check out the pic of Jon in the classroom. Looks like he is in school in China. The boys were extra excited that Daddy got to go with us!

Jon Jon picked Cracker Barrel for his birthday dinner. He loves turnip greens, mac and cheese, eggs and biscuits!

Jon Jon opening gifts. He especially loved getting a baby doll that really swims from Aunt Tommie, Uncle Larry , Mickey and Larry. He calls it "swim baby." "Swim baby" had to swim many times in the tub to show everyone in the house how well he swims!!

CIRCUS

We spent Valentine's Day at the circus. This was the 2nd year we took the boys. They again had an awesome time. They told us everything they noticed that was different from last year. This year, Mammy and Papa went too. The boys loved telling Mammy and Papa all about what would "happen next."

Snow again!!!!!!!!!!!

We were so excited when we got snow again in March. We had actually gone out of town the night before and spent the night at mammy and Papa's. We were so happy to wake up to snow the next morning. We got to play with Aunt Tommie, Uncle Larry, Mickey, and Natalie too.

My boys love their favorites!! Jon Jon has loved noodles since the day we met him! Ethan has always been a pancake fan. He especially loves pancake puffs!

We had snow in January. The boys had SO much fun playing in it!! After playing, we came in and had hot chocolate!!

Upward basketball

Ethan had a great time playing Upward basketball this winter. Ethan loved playing with new friends. Ethan did an awesome job memorizing everyone of his Bible verses!! Jon Jon did a great job cheering for his brother from the bleachers. We were thankful Aunt Tommie, Uncle Larry, Natalie, Mickey, Mammy, and Papa were able to come to many of the games!

floor remodel........ NOT BY CHOICE!!!!

Due to some issues with the drain, we had to take up the carpet in the living room so that a Rotorooter guy could bust a huge hole in our floor with a jackhammer the day after Christmas. Thankfully, Joey and I both were on vacation. Thank you God for perfect timing!!

The boys had fun riding around Lowe's and Home Depot as we looked at floor options. Papa, Mickey and Daddy did a super job on the new floor!!

CHRISTMAS morning

The boys got fun Christmas gifts. Ethan loves playing Wii. He is beating all of us right now! This is really driving Daddy crazy!!! Jon Jon was so excited to get lots of animals. He loves carrying them all over the house. We had a great time eating our usual Christmas morning breakfast, pigs in a blanket, while learning to play Wii.
